Donations made through Honolulu Habitat’s Cars for Homes™ program save you time and energy of finding a buyer or paying to have it removed. We accept almost all vehicles, including cars, trucks, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, boats – even farm and construction equipment.

It’s quick and easy to donate a vehicle, even if it doesn’t run! You can start the process right now using our donation wizard or by calling 877-277-4344.

2. You may qualify for a tax deduction

Honolulu Habitat for Humanity is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Contributions, including vehicle donations, may be claimed on your federal tax return if you itemize.

After your car is sold, Habitat will send you a written acknowledgment/receipt with everything you need to claim the deduction.
