Development Projects

Our development projects represent strategic partnerships that create lasting housing solutions for families across Oʻahu.

Kaka'ina

In partnership with the Department of Hawaiian Homelands, Honolulu Habitat has built 9 homes at this subdivision since 2018, housing 44 individuals. One additional Home Build is planned for 2025, housing 3 individuals.

Kumuhau

In December 2014, Honolulu Habitat in partnership with the Department of Hawaiian Homelands (DHHL) completed five homes with Native Hawaiian families. The location of the homes were in a newly developed subdivision in Waimanalo and within close proximity on the same cul-de-sac.
