The need for affordable housing in Hawaii has never been more urgent. More than 24,000 families lack safe, durable shelter they can afford.
Bringing together women from across Oahu, Wahine Build provides the opportunity for women in our community to come together, no matter what their skill levels, and roll up their sleeves to build stronger, more vibrant communities.
In March, I will join 100+ women to help build Habitat homes in Waimanalo for local families in need of housing. But first, I am raising critical funds to support Honolulu Habitat projects. I have set a goal of raising $XXXX [CUSTOMIZE].
Will you consider making a tax-deductible donation to help me reach my goal? You can quickly and easily contribute to to my personal fundraising page [INSERT LINK]. Every dollar raised will help hardworking families achieve strength, stability and self-reliance through homeownership.
Together, we will build. We will raise walls and break down barriers. We will lift our hearts, hammers and voices to make Hawaii a place where everyone can afford the cost of home.
Please, if you can, make a gift today [INSERT LINK]. You can also support Wahine Build by sharing this message with your network.
Mahalo nui for your kind consideration.
